The KaMo 1187047 Zone Valve Insert is a replacement internal valve insert for compatible KaMo zone-valve bodies.
The zone valve forms part of the space-heating control arrangement within the HIU. When operated by the appropriate actuator, it controls the flow of heating water through the relevant circuit according to heating demand.
Replacing the insert can provide a more economical service solution where the brass valve body remains in satisfactory condition but the internal valve mechanism has become worn, seized or damaged.
