PAYZONE CASH PAYMENTS UNAVAILABLE

As part of essential maintenance on the community heating system, the metering and billing servers have recently been upgraded. As part of the upgrade, a connectivity issue with Payzone was identified which affected in-store Payzone Payments which also includes cash payments. All other methods of payment are totally unaffected.

Multiple payment methods are available to all residents, including paying online using their Payzone card, paying over the phone or by Bank transfers (BACS).

Our technical team is working closely with Payzone to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency with the upgrade. For any residents who are having difficulty making a payment, please contact us on 0345 467 0636 option 1.
