WilSon W2 - Single Plate HIU

The WilSon W2 Single Plate Heat Interface Unit (HIU) provides instantaneous domestic hot water and space heating through a compact hydraulic system. Domestic hot water is produced on demand through the stainless steel plate heat exchanger using the cold heat exchanger principle. During DHW demand, the hydraulic control assembly automatically gives priority to hot water production. The DHW temperature is controlled by a thermostatic radiator valve, while the heating circuit is controlled separately by a thermostatic zone valve. An integrated differential pressure control valve maintains stable conditions in the primary circuit for reliable operation under varying demands. The unit is designed to operate with low primary return temperatures, making it suitable for district heating and condensing boiler systems. The plate heat exchanger and primary pipework are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel.
