Notifying Us About a Change of Occupancy

It’s essential to inform us promptly about any occupancy changes so we can update your account accordingly. Please select one of the options below to submit the necessary details.

• If you’ve recently bought or sold the property, please complete a Change of Leaseholder Form to notify us.
• If you are a tenant, your landlord or letting agent must inform us of your move-in or move-out date by submitting a Change of Tenancy Form.

To avoid penalties, all occupancy changes must be reported within 30 days. A £45 late notice fee will apply if we do not receive your notification within this period.
